Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

• Standard Returns: 30 days from delivery. Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Unopened Items: 60 days from delivery. Unopened items in original packaging qualify for extended return period.

• Returnable: Printers and multifunction devices, Scanners and document cameras, POS systems and accessories, Unopened supplies and accessories
• Special Conditions: Large format printers, Custom configured systems, Software licenses, Extended warranties
• Non-Returnable: Opened ink/toner cartridges, Personalized/engraved items, Digital downloads, Installation services

How to Return Items

1. Initiate Return: Contact us or use our online return form to start the process.
2. Get Authorization: Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping label.
3. Package Item: Pack item securely in original packaging with all accessories.
4. Ship Back: Ship using provided label or approved carrier method.

Refund Processing

• Refund Timeline: Refund processing begins once we receive and inspect your return.
  Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
  PayPal refunds: 1-2 business days after processing
  Check refunds: 7-10 business days after processing
• Refund Amount:
  Full Refund: Items returned within 30 days, defective or damaged items, wrong item shipped
  Partial Refund: Items missing original packaging, items showing signs of use, restocking fees may apply

Return Shipping

• Free Return Shipping: Defective or damaged products, Wrong item shipped by us, Items over $100 in value, Premium customer accounts
• Customer Pays Shipping: Change of mind returns, Items under $100 in value, Returns after 30 days, Non-defective items

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for defective items or size/model variations. For faster service, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.

2. Ship the original item back to us
3. New item ships once we receive the return
4. Price differences will be charged or refunded

Special Circumstances

• Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
• Warranty Returns: Items covered under manufacturer warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise specified in your warranty terms.
• Bulk/Commercial Orders: Special return terms may apply to bulk orders over $5,000. Contact our business sales team for specific terms.
